Endive filled with crème fraiche and caviar
Warm dates stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts or almonds
Fresh red pepper, celery, carrots and snap peas with spinach hummus
Shrimp with spicy homemade cocktail sauce
3 cheeses with seed crackers
Fresh bosc pears
roasted red or golden beets, bacon and goat cheese bites
Tahitian fresh coconut with French olives and herbs

This is such sad news. What a shock. I shall miss her passion and pictures. Is there a memorial planned?

ReplyDeleteYes. A memorial service has been organized by Valerie's dear friend Jessica Morrissey for March 22 at 9 a.m. on Enders Island, Mystic, CT, which was one of Valerie's favorite places. I, unfortunately, live in North Carolina, and will pay my respects by going to the Atlantic Ocean that day with my daughter.
ReplyDeleteI met her at the Yellow House last Spring and felt an instant connection. She has an amazing energy around her and was a kind soul. I feel deeply saddened by her passing!
