Well, it took us awhile (5 years apparently), but Elizabeth and I have just discovered, and love watching The Big Bang Theory. Not only it is very funny, but we also get to learn new words, some of which are great for Scrabble or Words with friends :)

  1. I remember seeing the word "quahog" as a child & wondering, like any other good SOUTHERNER, "what kind of hog is that?!?" LOL!!!

  2. and I remember finding them with my feet and collecting bucket loads of them to take home from the beach and never imagined there were people who had never seen or even heard of them :) but then, I am from Pawcatuck, Connecticut and the next town over is Wequetequock, so... I can't remember when it was I found out that it was Native American Indians who named so many place and things in that area :)
