Zzzzz ... I am going to sleep better tonight, because I am having dandelion tea instead of ice cream. It suddenly dawned on me that  I was awake from 1-2:30am last night because of  the "medium" ice cream I ate. It was more than I normally eat, and I paid the price, but!...
